Overview

The Borrelli Family Pilot Grant in Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer supports innovative investigator-initiated research aimed at improving the understanding, prevention, detection, and treatment of Lynch syndrome and its associated cancers.

Eligibility

  • Faculty investigators at the Perelman School of Medicine and affiliated institutions.
  • Projects aligned with the Center’s mission in Lynch syndrome.
  • Early-career and established investigators are both encouraged to apply.

Award Details

  • Up to $50,000 in direct costs for a one-year pilot project.
  • Applications reviewed by the Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Center Scientific Advisory Committee.
  • Awardees present progress at the Annual Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Symposium.
